antioxidant 1222 (976-56-7) is a phosphorus-containing hindered phenol antioxidant, with good extraction resistance. Especially for polyester aging, usually added prior to condensation, since it is also a polyester polycondensation catalyst used to eliminate the presently toxic catalyst for antimony trioxide because the product does not reduce the reaction rate and can not be maintained with the catalyst residue The simultaneous reaction of the polyester melt in the presence of thermal oxidation degrades, which greatly prevents discoloration of the polycondensate and maintains the stability of the viscosity.
Application
The antioxidant 168 is used for polymer materials such as polyolefins (e.g., polyethylene, polypropylene) and olefin copolymers, polyamides, polycarbonates, PS resins, PVC, engineering plastics, rubber and petroleum products, ABS resins and the like.
